Dr. Soammy Matias, DC is the newest member of our chiropractic family at Georgia Neck and Back. Dr. Matias was born in New Jersey but grew up in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. She received her Bachelor of Science in 2013 from the University of Puerto Rico. In July 2013, she moved back to the States to attend Life University in Marietta where she received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree 2017. Dr. Soammy received extensive training specializing in prenatal and pediatric care, nutrition, and an overall natural approach to healing.
Dr. Matias is passionate about living a healthy, active, and abundant lifestyle; chiropractic has been fundamental along her path.
Dr. Soammy serves people of all walks of life, from newborns to the elderly. She is committed to helping individuals live with a healthy nervous system free of interference. Dr. Matias seeks to empower individuals and families alike to take control of their health and live their optimal life.
In her spare time, Dr. Soammy enjoys reading, traveling, staying physically active, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen. She is excited to be a part of the Georgia Neck and Back and spread the message of health and healing to the communities throughout the Snellville.
